Excellent Experience, the owner Eddie is very knowledgeable and really listened to our concerns for how to make everything look good in the yard. Did pump out and improved access to tank. Beautiful job cleaning up, raked to make it look good, he really cares about his customers and staff. Highly recommend.

One of your drivers got out of his truck this morning on Ladysmith Road and helped the little girl over the ice and onto the school bus.

People helping people I teared up a little bit we’re a community thank you and God bless!!🇺🇸🫶 …

You all are great came out under 2 hours, Dennis is true professional even gave tips on how to make it better down the road thanks again I'll spread the news on who's the best!

Very honest!!! County mandates pumping or inspection every 5 years. I scheduled a pumping and Doug's came out on schedule but informed me I did not need a pump yet and only charged me for an inspection. Honesty, something very hard to find anymore. Thank you Doug's septic service.
